• Términos y condiciones del envío

Para pedidos enviados a Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta o Melilla recomiendo elegir la opción de envío certificado para que el cliente pueda saber en todo momento dónde se encuentra su paquete. IMPORTANTE: recuerda facilitarme tu DNI si el envío es para Canarias, Ceuta o Melilla. No podré realizar el envío sin tener esta información.

• Devoluciones

No se aceptan devoluciones de prints, marcapáginas ni pegatinas. Para devolver un original, el cliente dispone de 7 días hábiles desde la entrega (que aparece reflejada en el número de seguimiento en el caso de envío certificado) para ponerse en contacto con la tienda a través del formulario de contacto. Deberá facilitar fotografías del estado del producto y devolverlo mediante envío certificado que correrá a cargo del cliente y cuyo coste no entrará en el reembolso. La devolución del importe se efectuará dentro de 7 días hábiles una vez el original haya vuelto a su lugar de origen. Dicho reembolso se efectuará por el mismo sistema de pago con el que se realizó la compra.

• Cuidado y mantenimiento de un original

Los originales son productos hechos a mano y por lo tanto pueden ser "imperfectos". Las rodajas de madera pueden desprender trozos de corteza y el papel de la acuarela puede envejecer con el paso del tiempo. Para que la obra perdure recomendamos exhibirla en interior, lejos de corrientes de aire y sin luz directa. En el caso de las acuarelas se mantendrán (y lucirán) mejor enmarcadas. Para quitarle el polvo a una rodaja de madera usa un plumero o un trapo siempre en seco, ¡nunca apliques humedad a las pinturas!

¡No aprietes las argollas de una rodaja de madera! Están ajustadas hasta donde lo permite la madera y no se van a salir, pero si las aprietas podrías resquebrajarla. Los nudos de la cuerda natural se han reforzado con cola blanca para que no puedan deshacerse, si quieres cambiar la cuerda lo mejor es cortarla.

• ¿Cuándo recibiré mi pedido?

Cada pedido se prepara individualmente con mucho cariño con mis propias manos por lo que puede demorarse hasta 15 días antes de ser enviado (si hay mucho volumen de pedidos también puede incrementarse la demora, ¡disculpa las molestias!). Durante el proceso de embalaje se respetan todas las recomendaciones sanitarias e higiénicas.

En el caso de los productos en fase de preventa, el envío se demorará lo que tarde la fase de producción.

• ¡Quiero hacer un regalo! ¿Me ayudas a sorprender a alguien?

¡Estoy encantada de participar en sorpresas para tus seres queridos! Facilítame la dirección de envío en el proceso de compra y yo te guardaré el secreto. Si ese pedido es un regalo, puedes escribirme instrucciones para la dedicatoria en el cuadro de mensaje del pedido. También puedes contactarme por RRSS o vía e-mail [email protected]. Me encargaré de añadir la nota personalizada que quieras y pondré todos los medios para que el regalo sea inolvidable.

• Terms and conditions for shipping

I only have one price for international shipments, which includes a tracking number.

• Returns

Prints, bookmarks and stickers' returns are not accepted. In order to return an original, the customer has 7 working days starting from the delivery day -which appears in the tracking number- to get in touch with the store through the contact form. It is required to present photos of the product state and return it in a certificate shipment whose cost will be assumed by the customer and that will not be refunded. The refund of the product cost will be effectuated within 7 working days once the original arrives at its original place. Said refund will be done through the same payment system used when the purchase took place.

• Original's care and maintenance

Originals are handmade products and therefore they can be "imperfect". Some bark pieces might be detached from the wooden stump and the watercolor paper might age with time. For the piece of art to prevail, we recommend displaying it indoors, far away from wind gusts and direct solar light. The watercolors will be better maintained and displayed if they are framed. In order to take the dust out of a wooden stump please use a dry duster. Never use any wet material on the paint!

Do not screw in the metal nut any further! They are already adjusted as tight as the wooden stump allows, and they are not coming out, but the wood can crack if the nut is screwed in any more. The natural cord knots have been reinforced by using white glue, so that they do not break loose. If you want to change the cord it is better to cut it.

• When am I going to receive my order?

Each order is prepared individually with a lot of love and my own hands, so it can take up to 15 days before being shipped (if there is a high volume of orders the delay may also increase, sorry for the inconvenience!). During the wrapping process all health and sanitary recommendations have been respected.

For the products in pre-order stage, the shipment will be delayed as much as the production phase lasts.

I would love to participate in surprising your beloved ones! Please let me know the destination address during the purchase process and I will keep your secret. If the order is a gift, please contact me through social media or via e-mail at [email protected]. I will take care of adding any personalized note that you desire and I will put everything from my part to make that gift unforgettable.
